GoDigi Infotech Terms of Use for Pay After Placement (PAP) Program

Effective from Jan 1st, 2025

  1. Program Overview: The PAP program allows candidates to begin training and placement support by paying a partial registration fee and study materials amount, with the remaining amount payable after placement. GoDigi Infotech will provide continuous placement opportunities until the candidate receives a job offer.
  2. Placement Support:
    • Regular job opportunities, interview schedules, and placement calls will be provided (Dependent on no of calls available with the placement team).
    • Candidates must attend all interviews arranged by the placement team.
    • Placement support continues until the candidate receives the offer letter.
    • Candidates must complete all the interview preparation classes which is provide by GoDigi Infotech
    • Candidates must attend all the online exams which is provide by GoDigi Infotech for interview preparation.
  3. No-Denial Policy After Selection: Once a candidate is shortlisted or selected, the candidate cannot deny the offer without a valid written reason. If denied without justification, the remaining program fees become payable immediately.
  4. Payment Terms:
    • Remaining program fees must be paid after receiving the offer letter before joining.
    • Payment should be made in a single installment unless EMI/loan approval is granted.
    • Delayed payments may attract penalties as per company rules.
  5. Bank Loan / EMI Support:
    • GoDigi Infotech may assist in connecting candidates with partner financial institutions.
    • Loan approval and terms are solely at the discretion of the financial provider.
    • Candidates are fully responsible for repayment of approved loans.
  6. Candidate Responsibilities:
    Candidates must:
    • Provide accurate details during registration.
    • Maintain professional behavior during training and interviews.
    • Attend all scheduled classes, assessments, and interviews.
    • Follow instructions given by trainers and placement managers.
  7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    • All amounts are non-refundable.
    • Leaving the program midway or violating terms requires full payment of remaining fees.
  8. Placement Guarantee Conditions
    The placement guarantee is applicable only when a candidate:
    • Completes all training components and assignments.
    • Participates in all interview opportunities.
    • Does not deny job offers without valid reasons.
    • Maintains professionalism and consistent effort throughout the program.

    Once a candidate joins a hiring company, the placement process is considered successfully completed after the initial employment period that is typically followed by companies across the industry.

    Any continuation, termination, restructuring, or internal decision taken by the employer after this initial period will be strictly between the employer and the candidate.

    GoDigi Infotech will not be responsible for employment decisions made by the hiring company beyond this stage.

  9. Disqualification: The candidate may be removed from the PAP program if they:
    • Submit fake or misleading documents.
    • Engage in unprofessional behavior.
    • Miss scheduled interviews repeatedly.
    • Deny confirmed selections without valid reasons.
  10. Legal Agreement: By enrolling, the candidate confirms that they have read and agreed to all the above terms & conditions.
    All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
    A separate legal agreement may also be executed for additional formality.
